Exhibition Team
Exhibition manager
• Full communication with exhibitors, responsible for the order and control of the services, approval of the stand's design, invoicing, confirmation of the stands, communication with the suppliers/venue, security
• Time demand – preparations + the whole period of the event including set-up and dismantling days

Exhibition executive
• Assistance to the exhibitors during the set-up, show and dismantling, on-site orders
• Time demand - the whole period of the event including set-up day(s)

Exhibition desk assistant
• Badge distribution, exhibitors registration and pre-registration, basic materials distributions, on site payment
• Time demand - the whole period of the event
